Delivery outside Dhaka depends on your district and the size of the order. Message us with your address and we will give you the exact total before you commit to anything.
How you pay
Cash at the door, or mobile if you prefer.
Most people pay the rider in cash. If you would rather not keep notes at home, bKash and Nagad both work — just tell us when you order and we will send the number.

Nothing is charged before your order is confirmed, and we never ask for card details.
If something is wrong
3 days to tell us.
If a product turns up damaged, or it is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 3 days of delivery and we will replace it on our next run. No argument, no restocking fee.

- Send a photo of the product and the packaging
- We replace it with the next delivery to your area
Sealed cosmetics that have been opened and used cannot be returned, unless the product itself was faulty — the same rule every pharmacy works to.
